InfoIQ Platform

Business critical data is dispersed across thousands of retail, manufacturer, and supplier locations. It resides in numerous system types and a variety of incompatible formats. Information including: inventory, sales and service transactions, financial and insurance data, warranty information, and general ledger items. The InfoIQ solution enables DMi customers to bring their inventory, customer relationship management (CRM) and data analytics initiatives to market by integrating previously inaccessible and inconsistent data and delivering it as transaction-ready information.

• The InfoIQ service collects, transforms and delivers transactionable business information for use in a variety of initiatives. The result is clean, complete and consistent data.

Data Acquisition

InfoIQ supports all common content acquisition methods, providing the flexibility to allow for the most efficient and cost-effective method for each individual client.

• Comma and Tab Delimited Filed, Excel, DBF, XML, EBCDIC, Fixed-width files and other non-standard file formats.
• Scheduled modem dial-up, TCP/IP Connection, Asynchronous XML Messaging, FTP, Online Forms, Email and other acquisition methods.
• ODBC, JDBC, SQL*Net and many other direct access methods.
• Linux, Unix, AS400, Windows, Mac and other operating systems.

Data Processing

InfoIQ subjects your business data to a rigorous process to ensure that it is accurate, comprehensive and up to date.

• InfoIQ cleanses raw data of errors and inconsistencies, standardizes on common formats and highlights exceptions to InfoIQ Support personnel to be corrected.
• It enhances the data by correcting errors introduced during data entry and adding any missing information.

Data Delivery

Data that has been fully processed and validated is considered "transactable," or transaction-ready, and can easily be delivered to a variety of locations including:

InfoIQ can deliver data to a single location or multiple locations. Or it can store processed data on DMi servers, which are co-located at a state-of-the-art third-party facility.
